Water Solubility: Highly soluble in water, releasing a significant amount of heat upon dissolution. Soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ether. Highly hygroscopic and strongly absorbs moisture.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The humidity in the warehouse should preferably not exceed 85%. The packaging must be sealed and protected from moisture. Store separately from flammable materials, acids, etc. Avoid mixed storage. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate materials to contain leaks.

Product Uses

1. Used in electroplating, engraving, lithography, etc.

2. Serves as a raw material for the production of potassium salts, such as potassium carbonate.

3. In the pharmaceutical industry, used to produce potassium borohydride, spironolactone, batyl alcohol, testosterone propionate, progesterone, vanillin, etc.

4. In the light industry, used to produce potassium soap, alkaline batteries, cosmetics (such as cold cream, vanishing cream, and shampoo).

5. In the dye industry, used to produce vat dyes, such as Vat Blue RSN.

6. Used as an analytical reagent, saponification reagent, and absorbent for carbon dioxide and moisture.

7. In the textile industry, used for printing, dyeing, bleaching, and mercerizing. Also widely used as a primary raw material for manufacturing artificial fibers and polyester fibers, as well as for producing melamine dyes.

8. Also used in metallurgical heating agents and leather degreasing, among other applications.
